This website is operated by VINCENTFEM TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (CAC 9949452), at 59, Adedeji Estate, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria (“VIREMI”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

These terms apply to the informational website only. Additional terms may apply to particular platform features or transactions and will be presented separately where relevant. If you do not agree with these website terms, do not use the website.

2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about VIREMI, its approach, and contact information. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content to mislead others.

Information on this website is general and may change. It is not professional, financial, legal, delivery, or payment advice. Contact us if you notice an error.

3. The VIREMI platform

VIREMI is a technology platform focused on helping buyers and sellers coordinate transaction details and delivery arrangements. VIREMI is not a courier, bank, or payment institution. It does not itself deliver parcels or guarantee that a buyer, seller, or carrier will perform an agreement.

Public availability and supported features will be announced through official channels. Do not treat a description on this website as confirmation that a particular platform feature is available to you.

4. Delivery, records, and evidence

Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on the item, price, delivery method, collection or delivery details, and any other terms before proceeding. Carrier tracking, rider details, transport receipts, manifests, pickup records, and handover confirmations may provide relevant information, but no single record is automatically conclusive in every situation.

VIREMI does not carry or insure parcels. Unless a separate service and its terms expressly say otherwise, a VIREMI status or user-entered record does not independently prove payment, dispatch, receipt, or custody of goods.

5. Payments, escrow, and refunds

This website does not process payments. VIREMI does not promise a live escrow, custody, payment-holding, release, or payout service. A balance, payment status, or milestone displayed in a VIREMI interface is not by itself confirmation that VIREMI received, held, transferred, or refunded money.

Where a third-party payment feature is made available, the payment provider’s terms and the specific transaction terms presented before payment will apply. Refunds are subject to the relevant provider’s and merchant’s processes and timing; VIREMI does not guarantee that a refund will be approved or when funds will reach an account. Contact the payment provider or merchant for a transaction-specific refund request.

6. Problems and disagreements

If a delivery concern arises, keep relevant records and contact the other transaction participant and delivery provider as appropriate. VIREMI does not currently offer a formal dispute-resolution service or promise a particular outcome, reversal, or reimbursement. Any review or support process will be governed by the terms presented for the relevant service, if available.

7. Intellectual property and availability

VIREMI and its licensors own the website’s branding, design, and content, subject to applicable law. The website is provided on an “as available” basis and may be updated or unavailable from time to time. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. By using this informational website, you acknowledge that technical access logs may be generated by the website host and network providers.

9. Changes
